The Microsoft Point-Of-Sale Solution by PORESY  (Microsoft Dynamics Retail Management System, in short: RMS) is a complete and Windows-based multilingual cross-branch standard Point-Of-Sale System, that provides an integrated Store-ERP-Module. The ability to easily implement RMS Out-Of-The-Box, even into already established environments, allows you to launch or enhance your business perfectly fast.  The intuitive design of its menus and the exceedingly high degree of usability reduces training efforts to a minimum.

Security first! Integrated breakdown-concept with a full range offline functionality

All store data is automatically mirrored by the data synchronization between store and central Headquarter. RMS includes a flexible breakdown-concept with a full range of offline-functionality. This security concept ensures a high level of breakdown-security and a permanently undisturbed business. The Microsoft Point-Of-Sale System additionally provides a granular user and authorization concept to secure your internal data at the best.

Digital Signature

The Microsoft Point-Of-Sale System supports Digital Signature via Sign Pad by standard. This offers a lot of advantages for process optimization: With an electronic receipt journal, costs for printing and storage are eliminated, business processes can be accelerated and all receipts are immediately available for review. Over and above, Digital Signature will ensure a higher level of security: loss of receipts is not possible anymore and abuse or fraud risks are minimized.

SAP integration by standard

A smooth communication between your Point-Of-Sale and ERP System provides the foundation for a trouble-free business. The integration of a Point-Of-Sale System into all leading ERP systems is one of PORESY´s core competencies. In particular the standard SAP-Integration: As a partner of SAP, PORESY has long-time experience in integration into central SAP systems. With the Microsoft Point-Of-Sale System, PORESY offers a system that is integrated into SAP by standard. All relevant data is delivered through inbound and outbound. A standardized processing of IDOCS ensures a smooth end-to-end communication between Point-of-Sale and ERP and enables to reflect integrate business processes. PORESY offers different scenarios immediately ready to use that ensure a seamless integration into SAP. This will minimize associated costs.
