PORESY at the DSAG Annual Congress

Under the motto “Business without Borders – The Architecture of the Future”, the 19th Annual Congress of the German-Speaking SAP User Group e. V. (DSAG) took place in the Congress Center in Leipzig. And again, there was a record attendance: more than 5,000 visitors attended the most important SAP user meeting in the DACH region.

“The annual DSAG Congress is one of the most important networking events for SAP customers and partners. There is no doubt we really like it to be part of it, “says PORESY CEO Sascha Voelz.

Spread over the three days, there were not only over 300 professional presentations and many opportunities to maintain contacts and for networking. Concrete solutions were also presented. Together with the partner Consult SK, PORESY introduced the integration of the bond data archiving “Receipt4S” with the LS One cash register to an interested audience.

With this solution, PORESY, as a full-service POS provider, is meeting another difficult challenge for its customers. Because in a large trading company, billions of cash receipts can be generated in one year. This vast amount of information must be archived for 10 (+1) years by law.

With the SAP AddOn Receipt4S®, retail companies meet the requirements of the tax retention obligation for electronic data from cash transactions or cash register data. In Receipt4S®, the original receipts in their original electronic format are stored directly in an audit-proof archive and kept for the duration of the retention obligation. All tax-relevant data, such as the tax amount and the fee, are read out, stored in SAP tables and checked for completeness. And should any cash register data be missing or inconsistent, a monitor displaying incomplete receipt and transaction data will be available for inspection. Problems are detected early and mistakes are avoided. So you can look forward to an audit by the tax authorities.
